Lucy Mitchell is a senior digital marketing consultant with close to 20 years of experience working across content strategy, digital platforms and brand communications.

She has worked with some of the world’s most recognised retail brands, including Marks & Spencer in the UK and David Jones in Australia. Her expertise spans digital strategy development, content creation across social, email and editorial channels, website planning, and project delivery. She brings a unique ability to see both the big picture and the detail offering structure, clarity and momentum to digital projects.

Since establishing Lucy Mitchell Consulting in 2016, she has partnered with businesses of all sizes to improve their digital presence, streamline internal systems and support content that connects. Her approach is strategic, collaborative and outcome-focused tailored to the needs of each brand and team she works with.

Based in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Lucy works with clients across Australia.
